Watson Engagement Manager is an automated outreach solution designed to help providers engage patients in need of additional care or services.

Engagement Manager technology generates customized patient lists, for additional communications through targeted campaigns and notifications.

ENGAGEMENT MANAGER FEATURES:

Engagement Manager uses existing data from other IBM Watson Health offerings (ex. Enterprise Performance Manager,) to generate automatic outreach and customized campaigns through three applications:

  • Transition
    Automated post discharge assessment designed to identify patients to measure patient experience, identify care needs and avoid unnecessary readmissions
  • Outreach
    Protocol-based outpatient engagement tool designed to connect with patients
    in need of follow-up or preventative services (ex. Well Child Visits)
  • Campaign
    Customized outpatient engagement tool designed to remind patients of necessary services (ex. Flu shots)
